Pain Reduction / Elimination |

John Wilson"As a result of a lifetime of contact sports, I collected my share of injuries; knee reconstructions, dislocated shoulders and a 'spondie' (spodylolithesis) in the lumbar spine. Pain was part of my life, in the lower back, knee and shoulder. Some days I ate pain killers for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pain was a real constraint on my exercise regime. At the suggestion of my wife (god love her)! I contacted Brad. What impressed me about Brad was his commitment to understand my circumstances and objectives before letting me undertake a training regime with him. At the risk of sounding like some TV infomercial, it changed my life..." |

Catherine Hikari / Radio Personality - Inter FM / Client in Japan"I definitely don't get my painful backaches anymore. I used to get them once or twice a week at least. Sometimes I would almost cry just trying to get home from work because it would hurt so much. Regular exercise has really made my back stronger and I don't spend money on expensive massages anymore!! UsingPM's services helped me get out of the rut and helped me get out of it the right way." |

"...he was running faster and had more energy. All I had done with him at that point was get him to stretch the correct muscles, be more aware of what correct posture was, and to regularly lie on a Foam Roller!" |

Juanita & Johann (Mother and Son!)Juanita - Half Marathon“The biggest benefit I have received from my training, however, is psychological. Ever sincePM helped me realise just what I am able to achieve (far beyond what I thought I was capable of!), I feel like there is a big capital-letter ‘I CAN’ in my brain. It’s there, and I know I can call on it whenever I need it. Whatever the challenge facing me (work, personal, sporting), I know I can deal with it." Johann / Parkour, Downhill Mountain Biking“I started working withPM at the beginning of 2008. I was fairly fit, and fairly strong but after just the first session, they had given me many new things to think about, such as posture, breathing, water, organic food. immediately my lifestyle improved in quality! I continued training over the year, and my weight steadily increased (only by muscle though!) and my flexibility, fitness, muscular endurance, back problems, headaches and many other problems apparent at the start of the year had almost dissipated!" |

The Kirkwood Family / Japan / Michigan, USA"I wanted to get some focused workouts in, regain strength, balance and endurance and get back my cardio fitness…plus drop the weight I gained for the babies. I could not walk after the first few sessions so I thought, I must be in the right place, with the right guy! After my ACL reconstruction in 2005 (knee surgery), I needed to get back to fitness while following the guidelines for coaching in the first 2 months post op. It was great to get back to running, jumping and water kick boxing very quickly using Brad’s techniques. We had a one month block in the United States to get my strength and endurance back and Brad researched daily, the best methods for reconstruction, thinking about new exercises for ACL rehab with a mix of core, strength and stretching." BR: Tim and Julie used my services in Japan and with their entire family on the yearly holiday in Michigan. Julie is ripped and the amazing mother of 5 children! |

Keith & Adine Kretschmer / USA / Coached in Australia"Our daughter, Dara and whole family, have benefited from PM's services for a while now and during a recent visit to Australia from the United States she suggested we try them out, which we did. We sawthem three times a week. Within that timethey showed us how to greatly improve the benefits of our training and we have continued followingtheir advice since returning home. I would gladly recommendPrimal Movementto anyone who is serious about their health and well being." |

Tamara and Renata Nol"We were introduced to Primal Movement by a friend, because they had the most experience dealing with issues concerning people with disabilities. I joined the gym mainly because of my daughter as she has hemiplegia (one side of the body not working properly) as a result of a sickness, but the benefits we have received since we have hadPM as our coaches have been tremendous. My daughter now walks much better than before and her posture has changed considerably. I myself have become more fit and toned and as a bonus we have both also learnt about the importance of eating healthier and choosing our foods more wisely. I would strongly recommend working withPrimal Movement to anyone, as they not only understand the human body in its essence, but they can also be a great motivators." |
