Tao [pronounced: Dao] is a concept from Chinese philosophy and East Asian religions that means way or path. 
Our approach to health is a mixture of eastern and western philosophies, so that we may combine the wisdom of 4000-year-old traditions with the findings of today's modern science.

Without a brain, your body is useless! Therefore, the actions of your brain (ie. thoughts and emotions) have the biggest influence over your health.

Life is movement.

Body movement maintains muscle tonicity, strength, and bone mineral density, and aids in the pumping of fluids throughout the body.

Sleep

SLEEP

Live by nature's rhythms.

Sleep is the body's time to recharge the batteries and stimulate the para-sympathetic nervous system to activate anabolic hormones that help us grow, repair and digest.
